SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Reports to the Demand Planning Manager, and will be responsible for performing analytics, forecasting, solutions to improve forecast accuracy, as well as plan New Helmets, Reconditioning, and Decals.  Monitor plan for accuracy to production and materials plans.  Planning includes optimal product mix, priority, and plant for each business group (New Helmets, Reconditioning, and Decals). Position is on-site at our North Ridgeville, Ohio facility. Local candidates encouraged to apply.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):

  • Review Historical trends in sales and consumption.
  • Monitor and report on forecasts and strategies for improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales on decals needs.
  • Reconditioning planning for priority, plant production, mix.
  • Hardgood planning New Helmets including product mix.
  • Conduct detailed reports on attainment and plan accuracy.
  • Work alongside management to develop plan revisions.
  • Monitor inventory levels to reduce surplus and insufficiency.
  • Work alongside management to develop risk assessment solutions (Excess & Obsolete).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, or another related field.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing demand planning experience.
  • SAP knowledge on manufacturing module, 3-5 years minimum as a key user or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products – Excel, Powerpoint

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or another related field.

• 3-5 years of manufacturing demand planning experience.

SAP knowledge on manufacturing module, 3-5 years minimum as a key user.

• Knowledge of Microsoft products – Excel, Powerpoint
